OXON presented a review and lessons learned from risk minimisation evaluation studies at the EMA Information Day on "Measuring the Impact on Pharmacovigilance Activities"

Nawab Qizilbash, MD MSc DPhil, Clinical Epidemiologist at OXON (and Joint Coordinator of the ENCePP Special Interest Group on Impact of PV Activities) participation took place within the session "Methodologies for Impact Evaluation".

In this session, focused on the validated methods for evaluating the impact of regulatory actions in terms of public health outcomes and how to learn from case examples, Dr Nawab spoke about "Outcome measures to evaluate the effectiveness of risk minimisation in EU PAS studies: a quantitative review"
